It is easy and safe to shop with us.

Access to the Website
We will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Website and that transmissions will be without errors.
However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the Website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services.
We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

How to shop

You can select your product by either browsing the product categories on the top menu or use the search field. You can zoom in on the product by clicking the product’s image.
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our products and services.
To purchase a product choose your required size and/or colour and click on "Add to Bag"
Cart
On the Cart page you can change quantities or remove items.
Proceed to check out by clicking the button “Checkout”.
Checkout and place order
First fill in your address information.
If you wish to have your goods delivered to another address click Change Address and fill in the necessary information and Continue.
Select your payment method then fill in the required payment information. Once youve done this we’ll deliver your order right to your door or the nearest pick-up point.
KIDidea send items to EU countries.
Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from the KIDidea website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we ship that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have shipped (the ’Shipping Confirmation E-mail’) (all orders will be shipped by post).
That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Shipping Confirmation Email to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with KIDidea when you place an order. KIDidea will retain the title in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by KIDidea.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your usage of the Website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.

Events beyond our reasonable control
KIDidea will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Waiver
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Your use of the Website, any purchase by you on the Website of any products and these conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and will be deemed to have occurred in Finland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Finland courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

When do we collect personal information?
Our Website is free for you to browse through and read. We only ask for your email address for the following reasons;
If you want to purchase product(s) from the Website.
If you want to take part in a Competition etc.
If you want to contact us, send us an email or offer feedback
If you want to receive KIDidea news and exclusive offers via email
We only collect personal information (such as your name and address details)
if you choose to provide that information to us in response to our request.

What do we do with the information?
We will require you to provide particular personal
information such as your billing address for the purposes of completing your order.
We will only use this information for the purposes of managing your order or your usage of the Website.
Providing additional personal information is up to you. We collect personal information to enter you in KIDidea.fi and notify you of results, to e-mail you with updates, news and special offers, to respond to your questions or comments, to register you for certain features on the Website.

How to unsubscribe
We always provide you with the opportunity to opt in or out of receiving communication via email. KIDidea’s policy is to allow users to unsubscribe from our regular emails at any time. KIDidea (and those people or companies employed by KIDidea who help make this Website, its content and its services) will process and use the information you tell us in order to respond to your feedback - like responding to problems, improving our services and gearing what we do to suit your requirements further.
