If you regret your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (with hangtags etc) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt.

If the items were damaged upon receipt or you received the wrong item, please fill out the return form with the right return code and send us the items in original condition (with hangtags etc) free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
We will refund you as soon as we have received and examined your return.
For all cases of returns, please fill in the item(s) you want to return in the bag, together with the completed return form.
Please note: We can only handle your return if you have purchased the items on KIDidea.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (with hangtags etc). All goods will be inspected upon return.
If you for some reason don’t want to use the service with the enclosed return label, we recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and please save the tracking number.

Customers worldwide should use an insured mail service, we cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. International customers shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.
We will do our outmost to handle your return within 10 working days, counting from the day you sent the package.
